Hello Beautiful World,

Nani Honua means 'beautiful earth' in Hawaiian, and is a project that is very dear to my heart. It is a labour of love, a desire to share my own journey of healing with others, and to build something far bigger than myself.

My spiritual practice has been a fusion of Eastern and Indigenous teachings. Yoga, singing (both mantras and medicine songs), creating art, dancing, and play are key components in keeping me grounded in my body, and soaring in spirit.

In January of 2017, my journey took me to Ecuador, where I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Durga's Tiger School for Tantra Yoga, Art, & Shamanism.

The days were filled with yoga, dancing, traditional cleansing rituals, shamanic ceremonies, shamanic clowning, shamanism and cosmovision classes, chakra study, and tantric philosophy. After six weeks of intensive training and exploration of the surrounding communities, I returned to Winnipeg, exhausted but renewed.

I look forward to sharing my knowledge, and eagerly embrace this new chapter of my life.

Thank you and Miigwech for your support.

May all beings be happy and free. <3
